Today in Western Civilization with Mr. Schick we continued to go over Greece covering Alexander  the Greats life. We did a worksheet and I was told to put it in my blog so here we go. Aristocrats didn't choose leaders, Pericles wanted to increase peoples payroll, Greek art didn't show emotion, in the Peloponnesian War one third of Athens died due to disease, the war was won by Sparta, more on Socrates that i already knew and learned, and Plato wrote the republic. everything else was based on either Alexander, Phillip II, Darius III, or Demosthenes. All of this was easy to learn and memorize.
